What we have been doing...

Dear Mr Darnley,

Here are some photos from the last few days. This is us practicing and acting out our Macbeth movies:

This is us observing and drawing fruit for our allotment topic:

We hope you havn't missed us too much!

6JD!!

To MR Darnley: what 6jd were up to on wednesday

6JD has been videoing there macbeth scene and all the groups did extremerly well. We all got stuck into our work and did great. Everyone enjoyed recording and did not mess around. In the afternoon we scketched some fruits everyone was very exicted about it and worked hard to finish scketching there pictures. Once we had finished we scketched indervidusial fruits such as oranges, bananas, apples and many others.

To Mr Darnley, What 6jd did on Monday 4.3.13

6jd have been writing warning letters to Macbeth in Macduffs shoes, adding thoughts and feelings to our letters! We written about the emotional part of the murder of Macduffs family. We watched a clip to recap our mind about the murder of Macduffs  family. We looked at his emotions and increased the power of words, e.g- angry and changed it to make it more emotional, e.g-angry(normal word) to furious (improved and much better word)!

In the afternoon we visited the local library and looked at books and learned more about the library itself! We had a piece of papper with questions on it about what number the books were so we did that and at the end we found out what the answers were. Most people got it right but some didn't. We sensable walking there and back and we thourally enjoyed the visit to our local library. The librarian told us all about what the library is for and what the have there.

We enjoyed writting our warnning letters to Macbeth as we could use some true feeling in it for Macduffs wife and children. We wrote about how he would be in pain if your child and wife was killed by some one murdered by some one you know.  Macduff was oversly hurt by what Macbeth did and Macbeth clearly did what he had to do to become king of schotland.
